AetherOps (operated by Sharp4IT) provides multi-tenant ERP, POS, and related mobile apps for shops in Egypt. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Who we are

Data we process
Account details (name, email, phone, shop domain), store catalog and stock, sales and customer credit (النوتة), optional camera/vision events if you enable Vision, and technical logs needed to run the service.
Why we process it
To create and operate your tenant, sync POS and Admin, show daily profit and alerts, process support requests, and secure the platform. We do not sell your shop data to third parties for advertising.
Mobile app
The AetherOps mobile app uses your login to call our API. Camera permission is used only when you scan barcodes (Phase 2+). Payments and balances stay on our servers under your tenant.
Retention & security
Data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups and legal needs. Access is protected with authentication, tenant isolation, and HTTPS.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal account data by contacting us. Shop operational records may be retained as required for accounting.
